Our UV protection hat for women, in its ocean blue shade, is both a protective and stylish accessory. With its 15 cm wide brim, it provides excellent sun protection for your face, neck and ears.

This UV protective hat's internal tightening allows you to adjust its size to your head size, while its adjustable and removable chinstrap lets you keep it on your head even when it's windy. There's a brass wire on the brim of the hat so you can modulate it to your liking, for optimum protection and a unique look.

Thanks to the two loops on the side, you can personalise your hat with one of our Nuvées UV protective headwear scarves (5 colours to choose from), for an even more fashionable look.

  • Machine wash inside out (30°C maximum). Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Can be ironed (110°C maximum).
What does UPF 50+ mean?

This product is UPF 50+ certified.

UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor. It is an index measuring the ability of a fabric or material to filter out ultraviolet rays. The UPF 50+ index is the highest UV protection certification, according to European standard EN 13758-1. An UV protective garment with UPF 50+ certification blocks over 98% of UV rays, protecting your skin from possible burns and lesions.

By way of comparison, a cotton summer t-shirt often has a protection factor of around UPF 5. This means that 20% of UV rays pass through the fabric, which is a lot for someone who has to stay out of the sun or is exposed to it for long periods of time.

Confortable car on le pose sur la tête, il ne serre pas mais s’envole dès qu’il y a un peu de vent, d’où la lanière qui est très efficace mais laide ! Elle aurait été mieux sans inscription ! La taille des bords est parfaite.

J'ai ENFIN trouvé mon chapeau d'été !!!

Voilà des années que ma grosse tête (62cm de circonférence, j'vous dis !) cherchait un chapeau pour se protéger du soleil : grâce à KER SUN, c'est chose faite !

chapeau anti uv femme à large bord

le chapeau est plutôt stylé et de belle qualité donc je l'apprécie avec son foulard qui s'adapte bien.
la protection est bonne, il faut bien mettre le cordon car le chapeau n'est pas emboitant, j'ai peut-être commandé une taille trop grande donc je suis obligée de resserer le cordon pour ne pas que le chapeau tombe ou s'envole.
