How do I use a gift card?

Once you have ordered your gift card, you will receive two e-mails: an order confirmation e-mail, received immediately after the purchase; and an e-mail containing your gift card, sent after validation of the payment.

We recommend that you keep this second email until your gift card balance is used up.

To access your gift card information, you can click on "View Gift Card" in your email. There you will find: code to be indicated during payment; the balance remaining on your card; the expiration date.

A gift card can be spent on multiple orders. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which may include taxes and shipping.

How can I check the remaining balance on my gift card?

To find out the balance of your gift card, you have two options:

You can view the details of your gift card by clicking on the “View my gift card” button in the email containing your digital gift card. This will give you access to your card balance.
You can contact us by email at bonjour@ker-sun.com and ask for details of your gift card balance.

How long is my gift card valid?

A gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
